Frequently Asked Questions...
PinBall Machine Service/repair/operations Manual ,Anyone have?
I have a Ballys ( I think that is the spelling) pinball machine that came without the metal balls, I have them, what I need to know is.....everything required in layman's terms to check to get this up to playable. If anyone has the manual, I'd be glad to pay a fair price for Xerox copies, that way you could still keep your manual.
Thank You all in advance.
Ok if this helps it's title is The Magician.
How would I go about finding the year made or any other info. This is why I am asking for someones info, advice whatever
Answer:
Saying that you have a "Ballys" is the same thing as saying "I have a Chevy."
Is it a Malibu? A Cavalier? A Bel Air? A Corvette?
Bally was a manufacturer. They made hundreds of different pinball machines over dozens of years, with vastly differing types of technology. Nobody can help you without knowing more detail than just "who made it."
Edit: The name is probably NOT "The Magician." Even though plenty of pinball machines have had a theme related to magic, none were ever built with that title from any manufacturer. You might try looking on the Internet Pinball Database to see if you can find your machine...and if you do, sometimes they may have a link to the owner's manual too. Good luck.
