If it does, it won't work. The trans is geared up for a 49cc power input. Dropping something in that's half the size will not yield favorable results.
Even if you got it to "work", the clutch would not last long, pushing around something 100 times heavier than it is supposed to.
You could bolt up a lawnmower engine to a train, but the train wouldn't go anywhere.
The only way to make it work is re gear the final drive. Since there is no room for a larger rear sprocket, you'd have to do it through a series of jack shafts, etc. And when it finally does work, your top speed would be about 5mph.
