Discover Yoli and the Yoli - Blast Cap
Dear entreprenuer, we have another juice company coming out called Yoli. Did you hear the news about the Yoli - Blast Cap? When will these drink companies stop popping out of the woodwork? Can all of these different companies really compete?
Yoli and the Yoli - Blast is the latest and greatest MLM launch in 2009 offering a health drink. The prodcut is the best on the market and is called Yoli - Blast Cap that produces a wonderful, energy producing, tasty, chemical free beverage. They have a nifty comp plan and a crisp clean look to their web site along with some great leaders in the industry and will certainly capture a large market share. They have done an excellent job of making their company look different and unique.
But here is my beef and I'm not picking on Yoli or their Blast Cap.
It's crazy today as every couple of weeks we hear about a new start up MLM with the next best thing. All of them sound very similiar with the best plan, product and leaders. They continue to pile up as additional business opprtunities enter the market.
There is a lot of confusion out there. If you search the web you will find MLM companies promoting products from diapers and sanitary napkins to magic juice and health insurance. This has created a huge problem in the industry. It seems people are just trying to out yell everyone else and they switch from business to business hoping to find an answer.
We all know that keeping members in MLM is key. I have experienced the self destruction of a 200 person matrix in under a month. Incomes that have taken years to build are evaporating overnight.
What we see with new launches like Yoli is fast initial growth and then the real making of a business comes in. How well is their retention? Will members stay with Yoli when the next big pre-launch comes out? Or will they be like others trying to promote 5 or 6 different companies with no success in any of them?
I'd like to pause here and explain what the usual new MLM person experiences. Typically a prospect is given a business presentation by a company leader with a lot of influence. This is unusually someone who has had a great amount of success. Several testimonies are given and after about an hour or so of brainwashing the prospect is directed back to their sponsor with money signs flashing in their eyes ready to join the opportunity.
After arriving at home that evening the new home business owner suddenly realizes they have no idea how to grow their business. They are quickly told by their upline to fill out a memory jogger of people they know from their doctor to their trash man. As a result they could possibly sign up a couple of reps or they might not sponsor any at all but what they soon find out is they quickly run out of people to talk to.
Now for the inevitable.
The rep works really hard for about 30 to 60 days but is getting nowhere. Meanwhile one of his two newly sponsored members quits and cancels their auto-ship. So the new rep turns to buying leads that exhaust hours on the phone that yeild zip zero ziltch. At around the 90 day mark the rep gives up on his business and determines it must have been a poor product or bad comp plan. He goes in search of a better home business opportunity. What a crazy cycle to be on.
You will find a similar story with Yoli and their Blast Cap. There is nothing out of the ordinary about Yoli from other MLM's. They have repackaged a business plan with yet another great health product. The results with Yoli will be the same as with other home business opportunities you have seen before. I am not preaching against Yoli just telling how it is.
But wait there is a way to fix all of this. I certainly wouldn't leave you hanging out to dry.
Isn't it strange that we use the term Network Marketing but there is actually very little marketing training. Let me illustrate this a little. Suppose you owned an ice-cream store and you told all your friends and family about it. Some of them would surely drop in and buy ice-cream during the week to help you out and support you. But what if they were your only patrons? What would you do without a constant stream of customers coming in daily? How long do you think your business would last? Now let's imagine you have a marketing plan in place. Your marketing is at work bringing in new people all the time. Everyday you have a ton of eager customers who can't wait to get theirs hands on your ice cream. What a business that would be.
The answer is...MARKETING! When you add "Marketing" into MLM you get the growth in your business you want. In fact you will have people calling you and chasing you down eager to join your business when you do it right. If you are looking for a way to keep your members in your downline all you have to do is teach them MARKETING and they will be able to grow their business too.
Attention Yoli members and all of the other MLM folks out there. There is a better way to do things. You can blast your business to a new level. When you know how to do it the sky is the limit.
