Spongebob Squarepants Show - The Best Show On TV For Your Children
SpongeBob SquarePants show is one of the most popular animated TV series broadcast not only in the United States but around the world as well. The man who invented the cartoon characters and started producing the series through his own company, The United Plankton Pictures, was Stephen Hillenburn, a former marine biologist with a vivid imagination. The show can be watched on Nicktoons Network, and the awards have not been few for this production. The pilot episode of SpongeBob SquarePants show was launched on May 1, 1999, and several episodes followed immediately that year with the series gaining more and more in popularity and audience ratings.
The episodes in SpongeBob SquarePants show lack continuity, which makes it perfect for anyone to watch it without missing previous contexts and events. Many of the characters have a tragic fate, but they are soon returned to normal. Eugene Krabs' restaurant in Bikini bottom gets destroyed several times, and every time it seems like it's the end. Lots of these so-called horrific events occur because one of SpongeBob's mishaps. The great part of this cartoon series is that adults and children can watch it alike: some subtleties and ironies will often escape the understanding of children but will surely entertain older watchers.

The popularity of the show increased to such an extent that MTV started broadcasting it, this time addressing the teenage audience-group category. Some famous quotes from the series became part of slang, as it is the case with the famous line - it's gonna rock – from Mid-Life Crustacean. Rock radio stations took over the quote and soon lots of teenagers would use it. SpongeBob SquarePants show has definitely laid its imprint on American television, and it can surely make one laugh heartily on any episode.
