Answer:
Yes and No, you can downgrade but make sure you don't have two numbers on each side of your umd because u might mest up your psp.BUT you have Upgrade to a 2.71 and find the downgrader for it which was just released, Send me a message for details. After you downgrade a 2.71 to 1.5, upgrade it to a 2.00 and then downgrade it back to a 1.5 to clean out any 2.71 old flash memory. Send me a email to jtruong199@yahoo.com
