Last February Nintendo 3DS has been launched into the market. Its appearance received overwhelming response, not only in Japan, its own country, but throughout the world.
For those of you who do not have a hobby of playing with console games like Nintendo or any other similar products and do not have any plan to buy this kind of product, the newly born Nintendo 3DS will only raise a big question mark in your mind. The answer is so simple. Nintendo 3DS main advantages which are currently difficult to be surpassed by competitors' products is that Nintendo 3DS has a 3-dimensional visual ability. That's true! The image displayed by Nintendo 3DS is not just an ordinary images. It's a 3-dimensional image. Incredible, isn't it? You are definitely getting more curious now ...
Imagine, a visual displayed in a 3-dimensional quality is obviously very different with the old-style 2-dimensional images as you have been view everywhere for a very long time; in television, cinema or other console game' s screen. Here, using the 3D technology, added with the use of built-in Nintendo 3DS camera and facial recognition technology, the puppies and kittens can react to real-life movements, even jumping up to lick you as you lean in. Every child will love to play this game, won’t they?
Another example is “The Legend of Zelda”. This time it returns to the Nintendo 3DS system with the added depth and realism of stunning, glasses-free 3D visuals. A complete graphical overhaul, plus new game control using the unique features of the Nintendo 3DS system, makes this an exciting adventure to be enjoyed by long-time fans and new players alike.

To be honest...I do not know if you can. Big companies like Konami don't usually take requests to make a game like this unless an amazingly MASSIVE amount of people request it. It would take planning and money, and I don't think Konami has intentions of making a 4th castlevania game anytime soon. So I highly doubt you will be able to convince them. However if you can gather a group of millions and millions of people who want castlevania 4, you may have a chance. Other wise...Little to no chance.
