The header on my car are rusting and I think patching will be useless. My Engine seems to be a bit rare and no online sights have any product results. I did a little research on wiki and it seems the '400' V8 was essentially a bored-out (+.060) 389 with 4.1225-inch (104.71 mm) bore and 3.75-inch (95 mm) stroke 400.4 cu in (6,561 cc). I'm not sure what all that means. Will 389 headers maybe fit my 400?

So you need to start with year model. and then look at what you need to replace. Best if your replacing the exhaust manifold with headers you will need to replace the exhaust paipes and mufflers also most likely. So figure the Headers first is a good start.
All Bonnevilles from mid 1966 to 1976 can use long tube headers with the 400 ci motor
